The Consultation

When you book a private consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire to be completed and returned, preferably at least two days before we meet. I appreciate that it will take a little while to complete the form, so I will also take time before our consultation to read all that you have written.

The initial consultation will take 1 hour. During this time we will discuss the health issues that you would like to improve, and explore how diet may be contributing to the symptoms that you are experiencing. For complex health conditions or suspected food intolerances, I offer a range of scientific tests to help identify underlying nutritional and biochemical imbalances.

Together we can then devise a realistic, practical strategy of easily achievable changes to move you towards your ideal state of health. If Nutritional Supplements are likely to support this process, I will suggest which are most appropriate. You will be given an individually tailored Health Improvement Plan to take away with you, giving a clear summary of the main points that we have discussed, after each consultation.

Progress will be monitored at monthly follow-up appointments, and adjustments made as necessary.

The aim is for you to reach an enjoyable combination of foods and nutritional supplements that will not only improve existing health issues, but also help to prevent others from developing in the future: a valuable investment in Yourself.

I am also able to arrange workplace consultations through your company’s Management or HR Department if you have a number of work colleagues who would like to benefit from a nutritional consultation.
